Good Harbor Management LLC, an affiliate of Alden Torch Financial LLC, was formed in 2016 for the purpose of providing proprietary, multi-family property management services for affordable housing assets principally owned and controlled by Alden through its numerous affiliates.
Additionally, Good Harbor benefits from a Company Services Agreement with Alden Pacific Asset Management, LLC whereby PAM provides Accounting, Human Resources, and Legal services to Good Harbor. An affiliate of Alden, PAM is an industry leader in LIHTC Asset Management. Accounting services include maintenance of all books and records, preparation of financial statements, and cash management. Legal services include preparation and review of contracts, and stewardship of all legal matters. Human Resources services include the on-boarding of new employees, training, evaluation and assessments of all employees.
